You are our only guests.

The cottage will sleep 7 people if the bed / settee in the living room is used. The cottage is an extremely comfortable size for 4 people.

Bed linens and towels are changed weekly and additional changes are possible for a small fee.

Room 1: Livingroom 21 sm, 2 sofas, cupbord, TV-SAT, CD-radio, table up to 6 persons.

Kitchen: table, 3 chairs, electrical oven and stove, fridge, coffee-machine, microwave, radio.

Bathroom: shower / WC / hairdryer.

Room 2: bedroom 20 sm with two beds (2 beds 1m x 2m), couch, cupboard, TV, radio.

Room 3: upstairs: bedroom 20 sm, (single bed 1m x 2m + bed 1,4m x 2m), writing desk, radio.

Room 4: bedroom 16 qm, 2 singlebeds 0,9 m x 2m, couch, radio.

The garden is shared between the cottage flat occupier and us, the house owners, our dog and cat. We aim to keep the garden as quiet and as relaxing as possible. You are free to use the garden.

Day to day cleaning is the responsibility of visitors. All cleaning products are available within the cottage and are free for your use, on departure we ask that you leave the cottage in a good clean condition.

You find us easily from the A1, exit Lengerich Nr.73 (ca. 18 minutes, 10 km) or A30, exit Osnabrück-Sutthausen Nr. 17 (ca. 12 minutes, 6,5 km).
